Masol Family Assistant · Effective September 13, 2026
These Terms of Service govern use of the Masol Family Assistant ("the Assistant"), a private, self-hosted personal assistant operated by the Masol family for personal household use.
The Assistant is provided for the personal use of members of the Masol household who have been granted access. It is not a public or commercial service, is not offered for sale, and is not intended for use by the general public or by any organization.
You connect your own Google Account and, if you choose, your own Oura account to the Assistant voluntarily, through each provider's OAuth authorization flow. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for the actions you direct the Assistant to take. You may revoke the Assistant's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or from your account settings on the Oura website.

The Assistant uses artificial intelligence to draft and summarize content. AI-generated output may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing anything the Assistant produces before relying on it or sending it to another person.
The Assistant is provided on a best-effort basis for personal convenience. It may be unavailable at times, including during maintenance, updates, or outages of the home server or of the third-party services it depends on. No availability commitment is made.
The Assistant is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operators of the Assistant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Assistant.
How the Assistant accesses, uses, stores, and shares information from Google APIs is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the Assistant. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
